She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lajcin and Cecelia Lajcin (Jandurova); her former husband Patrick J. Kachelhoffer; her husband Frank X. Zeimetz; her siblings, Cecelia Melovic (Steve), John Lajcin (Eleanor), Mary Prieboy (Andy) and Tony Lajcin; and her brothers-in-law, Vince DiBartolomeo and Les Horvath.
She is survived by: her sisters, Verna Horvath and Josie DiBartolomeo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Lightways Hospice in Joliet, IL or to Annunciation of the Mother of God Church in Homer Glen, IL.
