He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Boicourt); his children, Sara Kandl, Mark Holzrichter (Shannon) and Emily Anders (Dean); his granddaughters, Grace, Hayley Kandl, Hannah, Audrey and Katherine Holzrichter; his children, Lauren, Mallory and Jack Anders; his sister Nancy Rademacher (Ron); his sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Susan Holzrichter; and his brother Joe.
