The passing of Gavin Townsend (Joliet, Illinois) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 12. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Gavin leaves behind and his impact on our lives. Though Gavin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear, a guiding light that illuminates our paths in times of darkness.

He is survived by : his parents, Thomas Townsend and Amanda (Chris Langhamer); and his sisters, Lilly, Sutton and Kaylee. He is also survived by Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Sonntag Funeral Home (1500 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
