He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Garland and Frances Garland (Humbert); and his siblings, John, Clark Jr., Ed, Bill, Donald, Betty Stukel and Norma Ahlberg.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Garland (Carnegie); his children, Lynda Garland and Tom Garland (Patti); his grandchildren, Faith Garland (Fred), Savannah Smith (Dan) and Beau Garland (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Logan, Owen, Olivia, Malachi, Jasmine, Justin and Dylan; and his sister-in-law Nancy Zagar (Joe).
In lieu of flowers memorials to Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
