He is survived by: his children, Michele Evans (Jason), Richard Lewis (Kristi) and Sara Fazio; his son-in-law Mark Fazio; his grandchildren, Madison, Natalie, Josophine, Francesca "Frankie" and Dominic; and his brother Tom Lewis (Nancy). He is also survived by family members and friends.
