She is survived by: her children, Brigitte Zydzik (late Leonard) of Plainfield, Alfred Hoffman of Fox Lake, IL and John Hoffman of Chicago; her grandchildren, Renee Keeling, Lynette Zydzik (Chris Vitkauskas), Christopher Zydzik (Daniella), Brian Zydzik (Brenda), Noelle Hoffman, Allie Hoffman (Amanda) and Carly Hansen (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Elly, Mackenzie, Dylan, Madeline, Reese, Sienna, Everly, Leyla, Lillian and Astrid.
