He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Henryk and Helena Cieslinski; his brother-in-law Ted Cieslinski; and his nephew Steven Cieslinski. He is survived by: his wife Helen Modlinski; his children, Melissa and Marcus Modlinski; his parent Danuta Modlinski; his cousins, Darek Modlinski, Daniel Modlinski, Victoria Gonzalez, Bernadette McUrich and Michael Rogozinski; and his in-laws, Mary Rulka (Anthony), Leslie Wojcicki (Richard) and John Cieslinski (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
