He is survived by: his wife Tyana Ammons; his children, Melanie, Jacolb Jr. and Melissa Ammons; his parents, Melvin Ammons and Anita Ammons; his mother-in-law Felicia Duke; and his siblings, Crystal McDonald of Joliet, IL, Dynesha Ammons of Joliet, IL, Miranda Godfrey (Marcus) of Joliet, IL, Brian Jackson of Kankakee, IL and Melvin Ammons of Joliet, IL. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, loving nieces and nephews, cousins.
