He is survived by: his children, Brent James Moats (Karen), Kim Kilcoyne (late Tommy) and Jayme Moats (Kori); his grandchildren, Keith Kilcoyne, Kaylan Moats (Sam), Jordan Moats (Rachel), Devin Moats (Marisa), Dylan Moats, Alexiya Moats (Nate), Anneka Moats, Laynuh Wollenzien and Ethan Moats; his great grandchildren, Alayna, Gabriella Rodriguez, Jordan Moats Jr. and Evangelina Casillas; his sisters, Judy Pampuch, Sandy Harames and Kim Sandstrom; and his sisters-in-law, Renee Keagle, Peggy Skoff and Char Moats. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
