It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Knapczyk of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Knapczyk; and her siblings, Delores Svehla, Mary Clark and Ronald Clark. She is survived by: her children, Richard Knapczyk (Annette), Robert Knapczyk, Ronald Knapczyk (Deanna) and Kelly Knapczyk; her grandchildren, Sarah Panchenko (Andrew), Emily O'Brien (Tanner), Jason, Jaclyn Knapczyk, Joshua Klein and Evan Klein; and her great grandchildren, Adley, Clara and Zoe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
