He was predeceased by: his former wife Julie Holladay; his father Frank Holladay (Dorine); his brother Neil Holladay; and his stepson Scotty Southcomb. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Holladay; his stepchildren, Erica Kenney (Chris), Nina Bartels (Brad Kenney) and Nolan Suste (Kaylynn); his grandchildren, Hunter, Nicholas, Gianna, Myles, Julian, Jack, Della and Magnolia; his siblings, Kathy Wietting (Bill), Joe Holladay and Julie Mundy (Keith); his friend Kenneth Southcomb; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
