She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Gavrick and Ann Gavrick; her brothers, Louis "Boots" Gavrick and Robert Gavrick; and the father of her child Joseph Noto.
She is survived by: her daughter Deneen Wojtasiak (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Danielle Murphy and Joey Wojtasiak; her brother Edward Gavrick (Anna); and her sister-in-law Catherine Gavrick. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
