She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Mathis; her son Craig Mathis; and her parents, Francis G. "Red" Williams and Shirley L. Williams. She is survived by: her son Keith Mathis; her grandchildren, Mike, Nick Mathis (Faith), Kristina Kavanaugh (late Shawn), Faith and Josh Mathis; and her sisters, Mary Lou Bauer (Michael) and Mary Ellen Stout (Daniel). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
