With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry E. Lewis (Joliet, Illinois), born in Huntington, Indiana, who passed away on March 1, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry E. Lewis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldon Lewis and Martha Lewis; and his in-laws, Lester and Margaret West. He is survived by : his wife Jane A. Lewis; his son Christopher Richard Lewis; his grandchildren, Hunter and Haley Lewis; his sister Sue Ann Ellet; his siblings-in-law, Jonathon Ellet, Mary Alice Maloni (Joe) and Leslie Zahm (Bob); and his friends, Carolyn Baitinger, Sherry Sayles and Debra Brubeck.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the Jerry E. Lewis Scholarship Fund at JJC or the United Methodist Church of New Lenox Music Department will be appreciated.
