She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dvorak and Mae Dvorak; and her siblings, Jean Sinderson, Frank Dvorak (Virginia) and Eleanor Lukes (Edward). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carlson Holmquist Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory (2320 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials to Lightways Hospice or St. Jude Children's Hospital will be appreciated.
