It is with sadness that the passing of Joan D. Salonis in Joliet, Illinois is shared. Joan, born on February 11, 1953 in Winchester, Tennessee, passed away on June 17, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Durham and Roy Durham; her significant other Johnny Gooch; and her siblings, Johnny, James, Billy and Kathy.
She is survived by: her children, Shavall (David), Tonisha (Ethan), Joclin (DeOndre) and Johnny Jr. (Monicka); and her siblings, Roy Jr. (Sharon), Brenda, Peggy and Paula. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; numerous bonus children, grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
