She was predeceased by: her parents, John Machala and Eleanor Machala (Ciemny); and her siblings, Arnold Machala and Diane Capps. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Suma, Linda Springer, Nancy Hill (Steve), Judy Suma and Kim Pollowy (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Bradley Springer (Karen), Kelsey Albers (Joel), John Shulda (Samantha), Jeremy Shulda, Caylee Caudillo (Eric), Cassandra Pollowy and Kendyl Rausch. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Homes - Joliet (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431).
