She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew H. Vertin and Mildred M. Vertin; her husband Martin J. Sovich; and her son William L. "Bill" Forneris, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Forneris (Christine) of Joliet and Edward Forneris (Jan) of Shorewood; her grandchildren, Michael Forneris (Carly), Renee Forneris, Amanda Forneris and Craig Forneris; and her great grandchildren, Madisynne, Masen, Macksen and Maelynne Forneris.
