He was predeceased by: his father Walter Ulmer, Sr.; his wife Ada B. Ulmer; and his parent Pinkie J. Ulmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Walter L. Sharp, John Wesley Ulmer (Doc), Carmell Ulmer (Big John), Walter Ulmer Jr., Gracie M. Sims, Carrie McCullum and Classy Pearl Knight; his children, Jackie Williams (Trinell) of Cartersville, GA, Mildred, Rodney Ulmer (Alicia) of Portland, OR, Steve McNeal (Cheryl) of Duckhill, MS and Cedric McNeal of Atlanta, GA; his sister Yvonne McCoy (Eric) of Taylorsville, MS; his goddaughter Candra (Scooter); and his grandchildren, Jessica (Shauntaz), Tarsha, Kelly, Christopher and Michael. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren and a host of amazing nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
