He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandra Bockstahler (John Sowa) and Ron Bockstahler. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Saltzman (Travis), Courtney Sowa and Kiley Montefour (Thomas); his grandsons, Rhyett, Waylon, Asher, Henry, Radley and Chandler; his siblings, Sue Talbot, Evelyn "Lyn" Dragatsis, Ronald "Kurt" Bockstahler, Lisa Neu and Raymond Bockstahler; his nieces, Madonna Black (Jerry) and Tina Howard; his stepmother Judy Wunderlich-Bockstahler; and the mother of his children Wendy Sowa.
