It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph S. Karpen of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Karpen and Marilyn Karpen; his son Joseph W. Karpen; and his grandson L. J. Barga Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, John Karpen (Elayne) and James Karpen; and his children, Stephanie L Mejorada and Benjamin Karpen (Nena).
