He is survived by: his mother Patricia Perez (Sheehan); his children, Jaxson and Jessica Perez; his father Joe Perez (Lee Applegate); his sisters, Corinne Hunt, Christine Jacobi (Troy), Lindsay Engel (Bailey) and Alyssa Perez; his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Garrett Hunt, Kennedy, Declan Jacobi, Lane and Isabel Engel; his grandfather Fernando VillaGomez; the mother of his children Trina Perez; and his aunts and uncles, Joanne Hogan (Jim), Michael Sheehan (Tonyia), Christina Cunningham (Terry), Stephen Perez (Cathy), Ralph Perez (Marilyn), Richard Perez, Eugene Perez (Griselda) and Maria Alcala.
