Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Chapel Prayer Service Get. The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 10:15 AM and from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
In lieu of flowers, donations made in his name to Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care and/or the Joliet Chapter of Pink Heals would be appreciated.
