She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. O'Reilly and Agnes O'Reilly; her sister Nancy A. O'Reilly; and her brother-in-law Mark A. Cassani. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert H. O'Reilly, Patrick J. O'Reilly (Mary Canning) and Rita B. Cassani.

In lieu of flowers, masses in her name have been requested.
