He is survived by: his significant other Shelley Cesky; his parents, Kenneth Frank and Sharon Frank; his sisters, Kathy Krakowski (Gary) and Cheri Muntwyler (Scott); his niece Nicole LaFountain (Alex); his nephews, Gary Krakowski (Tisha), Michael Krakowski (Jessica), Casey Krakowski (Emily), Scott Muntwyler (Jennifer Baum), Nick Krakowski (Maura), Adam Muntwyler, Brian Krakowski (Ashley Gocken) and Corey Krakowski (Allie); his aunt Pat Frank; his cousin Jennifer Anteliz; and also Connie Tebbens. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, and many dear friends.
