He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sullivan; his mother Carol Elizabeth Sullivan (Adams) of Vilonia, AR; his children, Michael Hall (Chelsea), Jacob Sullivan of Churchville, PA, Danielle Sullivan of Quakertown, PA, Jade Juarez (Jorge) of Perkasie, PA, Ashley Clement and Abbey Clement of Joliet, IL; his grandchildren, Angelo, Jazmin, Angeline, Hunter and Cooper; his siblings, Keith Sullivan (Marsha) of Yellville, AR, Kenny Sullivan (Nancy) of Morrilton, AR, Kelly Sullivan (Jamie) of Quitman, AR, Kevin Sullivan (Gwen) of Greenbriar, AR, Kerry Sullivan (Miranda) of Conway, AR and Sherry Campbell (James) of Cabot, AR.; his in-law Susan Parnell (Ellis) of Mountain Home, AR; and his friends, David Lacy, Jim Delashmit, Joe Sands, Robert "Pete" Cook, Chris Green and Paul Lawrence.
