Zandra McIntosh wrote a sympathy message

“My deepest condolence to the family. Kip was always a favorite to myself and my children. He was always a person that you haven’t seen in years, but when you see him, you are overly joyful to see that face. I was always looking on those buses to see if he was driving one of them to wave and holler at him.. looking forward to seeing him again when Jehovah God make all things new. Revelations.21: 3,4”
