She was predeceased by: her husband Robert O'Keefe; her son Robert O'Keefe Jr.; her brother Robert Pechousek; and her stepsiblings, Theresa Latronica and Eugene Jarecki.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Polizzi (John), Patrick O'Keefe (Carla), Judith Johnson (Jeff) and Cynthia Bermingham (Robert). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
