She is survived by: her husband C. Z. Moffett; her children, Renee Moffett, Vernice Moffett, Curtis Moffett and Sheila Moffett; her stepdaughters, Debra O'Large and Dennise O'Large; her sisters, Rosa Heard, Hazel Endicott (LeRoy), Mildred Keene (Jackie) and Sandra Chandler-Dillard; her in-laws, Charlyne Moffett (late Jacob), Mary Reed, Geneva Burk, Ruby Ellis and Carl Moffett; her grandchildren, LaQuinta (Kevin), Vincent, Ryan, Jeremy, Tia, Jason (Eboney), Shanetria, JaColby, Juan, Ashley, Jevonte, Ivan, Cameron, Jamarion, Octavious, Hope and Shalamar of Heather, J. R.; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon Mitchell-Banks, Donna Ellis, Jetson Mitchell and Kevin Mitchell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
