He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Benjamin Holmes and Sattabelle Holmes. He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Holmes; his children, Joseph Holmes and April Johnson; his grandchildren, Jairod Shadowens, Kenneth Johnson, Ruth Holmes, Bayley Johnson, Joseph Holmes and Carter Johnson; and his great grandchild Charley Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Leo's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Lightways Hospice & Serious Illness Care.
