The memory of Lillian A. Kucharz of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on May 20, 2026 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stiglich and Pauline Stiglich; her former husband Joseph A. Kucharz; and her siblings, Charles Stiglich (Alice), Franklin Stiglich (Lillian), Rose Pesavento (Eugene) and Frances Zola (Ronald).
She is survived by: her children, Paula (Mark Hamilton), Joseph (Kathy), Mary Jo Lisle (Michael Suppan) and Virginia (Jim); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Sherrick (Brayden), Kristyn Mancini (David), Andrew Jones (Jessica), Kyle Kucharz (Abbie) and Michael Suppan; her great grandchildren, Wyler Sherrick and Theo Kucharz; and her husband Joe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Nativity Room of Saint Mary Nativity Church (706 N Broadway St, Joliet, IL 60435). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary Nativity Catholic Church (706 N Broadway St, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 9th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Saint Mary Nativity Cemetery (601 Caton Farm Rd, Lockport, IL 60441).
