Lois M. Delaney Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois M. Delaney (Joliet, Illinois), who passed away on December 17, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Delaney; her parents, Henry Schwab and Josephine Schwab; her grandson Robert J. Delaney; and her siblings, Henrietta DuBien (Clarence), Marie Carey (Blis), Frances Hahn (Robert), Robert Schwab, Irene Baumann (Howard), Florence Spencer (Herbert), Rita Mitchell (George), Henry "Skip" Schwab (Sue), Richard "Dick" Schwab (Lou) and Louise Powers (Bob).

She is survived by: her sons, Robert A. Delaney (Suzanne Descourouez) and Gary L. Delaney (Kathy); her grandsons, Bradley Delaney (Amanda Noel), Kevin Delaney (Renee) and Michael Delaney; her great grandchildren, Carter Delaney, Michelle and Grant Delaney; and her sister-in-law Helen Schwab. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lois' name to Lightways Hospice would be appreciated.
