She was predeceased by: her husband Alex M. Wojtak; her son A. Michael Wojtak (Lee); her parents, Anton Kropinski and Pauline Kropinski; and her siblings, Joseph Kropinski (Charlotte), Walter Kropinski (Eunice), Edward, Catherine, Frances Verklan (Joseph) and Clara Planing (Elvyn).
She is survived by: her children, Mary McAdams (Ron), Paula Holtzhauer (Rob), Anne Lavazza (Ron) and James Wojtak (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jillian, Mallory, Jeremy, Jordan, Erica, Jyne and Tom; and her caregiver Michal. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the family will be given to Maya's Food Pantry and the Will County Humane Society.
