She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Douglas and Helen Douglas; her husband Donald Gene Zelhart; and her brothers, Phillip and James Douglas.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Jones (Rodger), Catherine LeCuyer (Michael), David Zelhart (Christine) and Rebecca Calisti (Gary). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
