She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Strysik (Smolich) and John Strysik; her husband Ray; and her sons, Dennis and Donald Gornik.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lorraine Balstrode (Chuck), Carol Beno (late Ray) and Nancy Borio (late James). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Lightways Hospice, Autism Society, or National Multiple Sclerosis Society or Sunny Hill, 421 Doris Ave., Joliet, 60433, would be appreciated.
