He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Israel Santiago, James Kotrba, Suzanne Kotrba and Maxine Pettinger. He is survived by: his parents, James Kotrba and Jeannette Kotrba; his siblings, Kiani Ashmus, Macario Kotrba and Martina Kotrba; his grandmother Maria Santiago; and his significant other Anna. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlson Holmquist Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory (2320 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
