He is survived by: his parents, James Kotrba and Jeannette Kotrba; his siblings, Kiani Ashmus, Macario Kotrba and Martina Kotrba; his grandmother Maria Santiago; and his significant other Anna. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and friends.
