It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie R. MacZura (Joliet, Illinois), who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son Georgie; and her parents, Raymond Plisich and Alvera Plisich. She is survived by : her husband George; her son Raymond; her daughter-in-law Christine; her granddaughters, Grace and Serena; and her sisters, Nancy Plisich and Patti Barnett. She is also survived by numerous other relatives, friends, and cherished pets.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church (706 N Broadway St, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to a charity of choice in Marie's memory will be appreciated.
