He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Maynard and Bessie Louise Earley; and his siblings, Clyde Maynard Earley, Jr., Joyce Brooks and Frances Ingram.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Earley; his daughters, Mary Earley, Marianne Coker (Percy) and DeAnne Almeida (late Antonio); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Jimmy and Kimberly McGowan; and his brother James Earley (Laney). He is also survived by Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
