With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Olson of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Kearney (Schmidt) and Thomas Kearney; and her husband Irving Olson. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian (Tish), Scott (Jamie), Laurie Theobald (Jeff), Kerrie Ericksen (Christopher), Christine Lopez (Robby), Julie Vidmar (Chris), Kimberly Lee (Matt), Jayme Vesling (Adam), Jessica Drakopulos (Ted) and Jordan Wopinski; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Nathan, Aubrey, Oakley, Wesley, Graham, Bodhi, Emmalyn, Cole, Gavin, Ava, Jay, Carter, Kashton, Camden, Jaxon, Niko, Athena and Audrey. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
