It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martin A. Velemir of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen, Daniel Lambert, Joyce and Raymond Zierman. He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Lambert Velemir (Patrick Monshau) and R. Andrew "Andy" Velemir (Mary Kay); his sister Jessica Velemir Ybarra (Marcos); his nephew Giovanni G. Ybarra; his close friend Joe Chierigatti; and also, Amy Mascolino (Chuck), Dan Monshau (Lorissa) and Ariel Olijar (Drew). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
