She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Louise Burd. She is survived by: her daughter Khalisha Smith; her grandson Davia Mays; her siblings, Carolyn Keeton (Rickey) of Minnesota, Anthony Booth of Chicago, IL and Tammy Robinson (Vurtis) of Minneapolis, MN; her cousin Juanita Sutton (Steven); her nieces and nephews, Kawautti, Courtney, Aaron, Anthony Jr., Kiwonna, Tori, Codi and Sade; and her friend William Smith. She is also survived by other cousins and friends.
