She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Henry; her parents, John L. Cherveny and Ellen Cherveny; her brother John Cherveny; and her grandson Brandon Nicholas Fosnaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Richard D. Tea (Vicki), James A. Tea (Robyn) and Diane Fosnaugh (Chris); her grandchildren, Lindsay Middleton, Kristin Williford (Ralph Gallup), Corey Tea, Brandi Miller (Ron), Justin Tea and Chad Fosnaugh (Marci); her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Logan Middleton, Zachary Williford, Ariella Ashley, Brooke, Ashlyn Miller, Charlotte McGuan-Tea, Colton Fosnaugh and Adalyn Tenns; and her brother George "Duke" Cherveny (late Darlene).
