She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam W. Bennett and Bessie Robinson Bennett; her siblings, Tom Bennett (Gladys), Dorothy Surratt (Sherwood) and Phyllis Phalman (Robert); and her children, Kimberly Pantoja (Mike) and Benjamin Minor Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Starmann; and her children, Cheryal Larson (Keith), Scott Minor (Grace) and Michelle Harden (James). She is also survived by five stepchildren, 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren plus many nieces and nephews.
