She is survived by: her granddaughter Samantha (Daniel); her children, Charles Bryant Van Allen (Hiroko), Cheryl Marie Van Allen, Abigail Downey, Caitlyn Downey and James Downey; and her sister Louise Piotis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
