He was predeceased by: his parents, Genevieve Feeney (McDonald) and John B. Feeney; and his siblings, Darlene Downey (James), John "Jackie" Feeney (Virginia) and James "Jimmy" Feeney.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Stafford); his children, Jerry (Leslie), Ronald, Shelly Wright (Bill), Terry (Becky), Lana Pursell (Tony) and Ray (Tammy); his stepchildren, Jennifer Doyle (Timothy) and Dustin Kemp (Jennifer); his siblings, Mary Jean Breen (Gerald) and Patrick Feeney (Michelle); and his sister-in-law Sharon Feeney. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
