He is survived by: his wife Jacquie Mackey (Querio); his sons, Matt and TJ Mackey; his mother Carol J. Mackey (Lightner); his siblings, Deborah Penegor (David), Cindy Thomas (Jim), Ted Jr. Mackey (Chico), Chuck Mackey (Celeste) and John J. Mackey; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Vidmar (Greg), Anne Querio (late John), Rick Querio (Susie) and Jim Querio (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Katie Thomas, Kara, Neal, Ryan Querio, Jessy Wiggins (Nick), Shaun Thomas, Kevin Penegor and Greg Mackey (Kassie); his aunts, Doris Brown (late Russell), Carolyn Carlson (late Carl) and Esther Mackey; his niece Shelley Aranas (Ken); his uncle Mike; his nephews, Jake Thomas (Angie), Pat Querio, Chris (Julie) and Jon Vidmar; and his friend Robert Dobyne. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
