With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Ann Mitok (Joliet, Illinois), who passed away on May 1, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Nancy Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nancy Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ancel and Marlene Ancel; her husband Mike Mitok; her brother John Ancel; and her brother-in-law Patrick Briscoe.

She is survived by: her children, Jamie Eskridge and Zachary Mitok; and her siblings, Karen, Jodi and Randy Ancel (Gabriella). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
