She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rudman and Mary Rudman; her husband Thomas J. Tomac; her children, Donna Jean Likens and John Paul Tomac; and her sister Delores Narducci (Glen).
She is survived by: her sisters, Dolores and Katie; her children, James Tomac (Carol) of Mission Viejo and Diane Crawley (Thomas) of New Lenox; her grandchildren, Don Likens (Chris), Mike Likens (Kim), David Crawley and Carrie White (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Isaac, Olivia, Jase and Kenzie; and her stepgrandchildren, Madeline, Josh and Lucas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Pat's name to Lightways Hospice would be appreciated.
