We announce the death of Patricia Liccardi of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 79. Patricia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Foster and Beatrice Foster; her former husband Doug Phipps; her husband John Liccardi; and her brothers, Jack and David Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Phipps (Deby), Dawn Hartman (Andrew) and Antoinette Liccardi; and her siblings, Windel (Jeannie), Mike (Brenda) and Joann (Karen Jacobson). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
