She was predeceased by: her husband George Edward Matlak; her son Robert Matlak (Beatrice Matlak); and her parents, Ruth Rowina Cowling and Russell Chasteen. She is survived by: her children, Carol Matlak, George Edward Matlak (Rhonda), Joann Parks (Russell Gabbert) and Philip Matlak. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
